Duties

• Develop and deliver compelling lesson plans tailored to the needs of young children and students of varying ages using effective teaching strategies.
• Facilitate online instruction through various digital platforms, ensuring clear communication and interactive learning experiences.
• Incorporate safety protocols such as first aid and CPR into classroom activities to promote a secure learning environment.
• Utilize productivity software and technical tools to prepare instructional materials, track student progress, and manage administrative tasks efficiently.
• Engage with students individually and in groups to support their academic development, social skills, and emotional well-being.
• Conduct assessments to monitor student understanding, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching approaches accordingly.
• Maintain a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation, curiosity, and respect among all learners.

Qualifications

• Proven teaching experience with young children or students in educational settings.
• Demonstrated proficiency with online training platforms and online instruction techniques.
• Valid certifications in first aid and CPR are required; additional safety certifications are a plus.
• Strong technical skills with productivity software such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
• Prior experience working within a university or higher education environment is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and connect with diverse learners.
• Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks effectively in dynamic environments.
