Job Title: Kindergarten Educator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a nurturing Kindergarten Educator to join our team! As a Kindergarten Educator,
you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our young learners, fostering a love for learning,
and creating a nurturing environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth.
Responsibilities:

• Create and implement engaging lesson plans that align with our curriculum standards
• Develop and maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
• Assess and monitor student progress, identifying areas for improvement
• Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement instructional programs
• Encourage creativity, curiosity, and critical thinking
• Manage classroom behaviour and promote personal-social-emotional development
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
• Stay current with best practices in early childhood education
  Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree
• Teaching certification (B.Ed or diploma course in Early Childhood Care)
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with kindergarten-age children
• Strong knowledge of child development and learning theories
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
