Our curriculum is conceptualised and designed by the best minds from top-tier institutes like the IITs and IIMs. We are hiring full-time online educators in Robotics, Maths, Coding and Finance who will make learning immersive, unique and holistic, and bring out the genius in every child.

Key responsibilities

All roles

1. Deliver engaging live 1:1 online classes to students, including international students.
2. Follow the curriculum guide and help students learn through projects, practice and experiments.
3. Participate in curriculum development, assessments and certification programs.
4. Conduct timely parent-teacher meetings (PTMs) and maintain an NPS of 9+.
5. Resolve students' subject and technical doubts promptly.
6. Maintain punctuality, class quality and professional conduct on every scheduled session.

By Role

1. Robotics Educator: teach Robotics to students from grades 1 to 12; guide them to build and experiment with projects; teach programming of Arduino, Quarky, micro:bit and other microcontrollers on PictoBlox, MakeCode and Tinkercad.
2. Maths Educator: teach Maths to students aged 6 to 16; help students accelerate calculation speed and strengthen logical thinking.
3. Coding Educator: teach coding logic, sequence and structure so students can create games, animations and apps.
4. Finance Educator: teach financial concepts to young learners in a simple, practical and engaging way.

Requirements

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant subject (Maths: Bachelor's with certification in Maths).
• Prior teaching experience; 1 year preferred.
• Subject matter expertise in the chosen domain.

Skills

• Passion for teaching and a genuine interest in working with children.
• Confident and presentable, with good oratory and excellent communication skills, including in handling international students.
• Analytical and troubleshooting mindset.
• Robotics: working knowledge of sensors, actuators, microcontrollers and electrical and electronics fundamentals, plus coding logic.
• Maths: strong command of school-level Maths and the ability to build speed and logical thinking.
• Coding: strong programming fundamentals.
• Finance: sound understanding of finance concepts.

Technical setup

• High-speed internet connection, minimum 20 Mbps.
• Pen tablet.
• Modern laptop or desktop (Windows or macOS) with microphone and camera.
• Availability on Saturday, Sunday and Monday (mandatory).

Work schedule and how to apply

The working shift is 4 PM to 2 AM IST. Availability on Saturday, Sunday and Monday is mandatory.
