Educator

Children learn best outdoors. So do educators.

We have farewelled two exceptional educators into a well earned retirement and a rare spot has opened in it.

We are rated Exceeding the National Quality Standard. It reflects how we work every day: slow, thoughtful, curious, and outdoors.

This role is for you if…
You notice the way a child watches an ant trail. You want to keep learning, and you’d like an experienced Lead Educator beside you while you do.

What you’ll do

• Work alongside a Lead Educator to plan and deliver play-based learning grounded in the EYLF
• Build warm, respectful relationships with children and families
• Join bush kindy and nature play, where outdoor learning is part of every day
• Notice, document and share children’s learning
• Reflect with your team on what’s working and what could be better

What you’ll bring
✔ Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or a Diploma in progress)
✔ Experience in an early learning setting
✔ A current Queensland Blue Card and First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis
✔ A calm, kind presence children trust
✔ An open mind about feedback and growth
✔ A team-first attitude

What we offer
🌿 Daily mentoring from experienced Lead Educators
🌿 A clear pathway to your Diploma and beyond, should you want one
🌿 A stable team that has worked together for years
🌿 Bush kindy and nature play built into everyday practice, not saved for special days

A culture where your ideas are heard and your wellbeing matters
