Educator (Diploma + Trainee roles)

Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Educator to join our team in Coniston, New South Wales. This part-time/full-time, permanent role is ideal for individuals passionate about fostering a positive learning environment and supporting students in their educational journey. As an Educator, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality education and training, ensuring that our learners achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance learning outcomes.
• Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and improve educational strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

• A Diploma in Education or a related field.
• Previous experience in an educational setting is preferred, but trainees are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
