Job Summary

The Educator role is the foundation of our success as an organization. Educators are experts in creating world-class customer service, or guest experience, in our retail stores. They are responsible for engaging and connecting with our guests, sharing top-quality product education, and speaking authentically about our community and culture.

Core Responsibilities of the Job

• Create exceptional guest experiences through genuine interactions and personalised product recommendations.
• Share product knowledge and educate guests on features, benefits, and technical performance.
• Support an effortless shopping experience across in-store and omnichannel services.
• Build meaningful connections with guests and contribute to local community initiatives.
• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve store goals and maintain a positive, inclusive environment.
• Assist with visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and maintaining premium store presentation standards.
• Use in-store technology and follow operational processes to support daily store activities.
• Contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment.
