Educator Position

Midrand Innovative Learning Centre (MILC) is seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics (Grades 7–12) and Physics (Grades 10–12) Teacher to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

We are looking for an educator who can inspire learners, deliver high-quality lessons, and foster a love for problem-solving and scientific inquiry. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping confident, capable learners through innovative teaching and holistic support.

Responsibilities

• Teach Mathematics (Grades 7–12) and Physics (Grades 10–12) in line with CAPS curriculum.
• Develop engaging, practical lessons that connect theory to real-world applications.
• Design and moderate assessments, tests, and exam papers.
• Provide constructive feedback and academic support to learners.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance cross-curricular learning.
• Maintain accurate learner records and communicate effectively with parents.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education (B.Ed) or equivalent specialization in Mathematics and Physics.
• Valid SACE registration (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years teaching experience at Grade 7–12 level.
• Strong knowledge of CAPS curriculum and assessment standards.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning.
