What they need

At PlayPatch Rothwell, we're not just providing early childhood education and care, we're building a culture.

A culture where every decision, from our educators to our chef, leadership team and Approved Provider, begins with one simple question:

"Is this in the best interests of the child?"

If the answer is yes, we know we're on the right path.

We're inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy because we believe children are capable, curious and deserving of a childhood that isn't rushed. We value play as meaningful learning, create environments that inspire exploration and recognise that relationships sit at the heart of everything we do.

As an Educator at PlayPatch Rothwell, you'll be an important part of a team dedicated to creating meaningful learning experiences for children every day. You'll build genuine relationships with children and families, contribute to inspiring learning environments and support programs that reflect children's interests, strengths and ideas.

We believe great early childhood education happens when passionate educators feel supported, valued and empowered to bring their unique strengths to the team.

  • Contributing to quality practices aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework.

Our Commitment to Our Team

We want PlayPatch to be somewhere educators choose to stay, not because they have to, but because they want to.

We want our team to feel listened to, trusted and supported. We encourage honest conversations, recognise that everyone is still learning and understand that great practice grows through reflection, mentorship and shared experience.

Children come first at PlayPatch, but we also believe the adults caring for them matter too.

You'll be supported by leaders who are approachable, collaborative and committed to helping you succeed. We value your ideas, celebrate your strengths and encourage your professional growth.
