Role Summary

We are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to support Electrical & Electronics

(E&E) activities for truck projects. The role focuses on coordinating vehicle software and

electronics work from development to testing and release, aligned with Hyperion (Day

2. activities.

This is a hands-on coordination role with close interaction across engineering, testing,

and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end vehicle software flow (requirement → development →

testing → release)

• Track progress of E&E-related topics and ensure timely completion

• Support testing readiness and release planning

• Follow up on issues during testing and vehicle builds

• Align with teams on software updates, connectivity, ADAS, and cybersecurity

topics

• Maintain project timelines, status tracking, and reporting

• Ensure smooth communication between R&D, testing, and IT teams

• Support Hyperion Day 02 execution and tracking activities

Future Focus Areas

• Support initiatives on Virtual Driver concepts

• Work on enhanced connectivity features and next-gen vehicle systems

Required Skills

• 5–10 years experience in automotive or commercial vehicle projects

• Basic understanding of vehicle electronics and software systems

• Strong coordination, tracking, and communication skills

• Experience with project tracking tools (Excel, JIRA, MS Project, etc.)

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to vehicle diagnostics or E&E topics

• Understanding of automotive software lifecycle

• Familiarity with connected vehicle / ADAS topics

• Japanese language proficiency (speaking & writing) with relevant certification

(preferred)

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
