Duties

• Implement comprehensive curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, math, physical and social-emotional education to support child development.
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about their child's progress, behavior management strategies, and developmental milestones.
• Create engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles and developmental stages.
• Manage classroom environments effectively through classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior and foster a respectful atmosphere.
• Conduct assessments to monitor progress and inform instructional adjustments.
• Facilitate activities that promote social skills, emotional regulation, and physical development while ensuring child welfare at all times.
• Support children with special education needs to ensure inclusive learning experiences.

Experience

• Strong communication skills to collaborate with colleagues, families, and community partners effectively. Join us to empower young learners through innovative teaching practices and compassionate care!
• At least 1-year prior classroom experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare centers or private schools.
• Experience in classroom management techniques that create safe, organized learning environments conducive to active engagement.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Proven ability to work effectively with students of varying ages ensuring their individual needs are met.

Pay: Up to $24.00 per hour
