Efficiency Engineer/ Efficiency Officer

Responsibilities:

• Reports directly to the Production manager
• Recommend and coordinate improvements that will result in an improvement in manufacturing efficiency such as Lean improvement activities.
• Monitor agreed manufacturing efficiency rates are maintained such as cycle time, quality, lost time analysis.
• Advise and help concerned parties to establish clear procedures for monitoring and improvement of efficiency.
• Monitor the progress of projects and actively manage situations which may affect efficiency.
• Establish and coordinate necessary review meetings to ensure improvements in efficiencies are maintained.
• Report potential issues that may impact capacity and efficiency to Senior Management Team.
• Monitor and report on key manufacturing KPI’s, manpower & expense calculation, departmental access database maintain/update, build position monitoring and build plan change review with suggestion provided.
• Organization chart & Headcount update against budget.

Qualifications:

• New graduate is welcomed, training will be given.
• Bachelor's degree in industrial Engineer, Science, Industrial Technology or related fields.
• Able to communicate accurately in English.
• Excellent skill in all Microsoft (Excel, Access, Power BI, Macro) programs
• Logical thinker and can communicate clearly.
• Good in Relationship

Working day: Monday – Friday 08.00 – 17.00
