EFS Service Technician

PREREQUISITES

• Strong electrical and mechanical background.
• 2 years' experience in an electrical or electro-mechanical service industry.
• Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical systems, variable frequency drives, DC drives, soft-starts, electrical circuitry and motor controls.
• Valid California driver's license with driving record that meets company criteria.
• Able to lift 50 pounds.

JOB DUTIES

• Analyze various mfg. schematic diagrams.
• Troubleshoot and test electronic components to board level, using various methods and testing equipment.
• Requisition all required parts and materials for each job.
• Repair equipment to customer satisfaction.
• Verify repairs using various start up testing procedures.
• Complete required paperwork for each job accurately and on a timely basis.
• Observe all safety procedures and use proper PPE.
• Perform other duties as directed.
