  • Act as the primary site contact for external regulatory bodies and stakeholders, including the EPA, HSA, Irish Water, local authorities and insurers.
  • Coordinate internal and external audits and inspections, ensuring successful outcomes and continuous compliance.
  • Lead and maintain certification requirements, including ISO 14001 and other relevant management systems.
  • Coordinate and deliver regular Environmental, Health and Safety performance reporting to internal stakeholders, including the Head of EHS, providing clear insights to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement

Continuous Improvement

  • Drive site EHS performance through data, KPIs and targeted improvement initiatives.
  • Lead incident investigations and ensure effective root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
  • Develop and oversee site EHS training and competency programmes.
  • Coordinate occupational health, wellbeing and sustainability initiatives across the site.
  • Manage waste, recycling and environmental performance programmes.
  • Prepare and submit the site's Annual Environmental Report (AER).
  • Coordinate and maintain EHS systems to support compliance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
