Stakeholder Collaboration & Vendor Relations
- Cross-Functional Rapport: Build strong partnerships with department leaders to accurately assess user needs and ensure the smooth implementation of new EHR software modules and workflows.
- Primary Liaison: Act as the authoritative primary interface bridging communications between the software vendor, the Department of Mental Health, and all primary pay sources.
- Client Centricity: Demonstrate culturally competent respect for all internal staff, external partners, clients, and guests through verbal and non-verbal behaviors, assisting them as needed.
