What they need
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide Technical/Application Support and customer service to healthcare professionals using EHR and Practice Management solutions.
- Troubleshooting and resolving client issues, leveraging in-depth knowledge of the software and US healthcare processes.
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams to enhance product features.
- Offer guidance on software functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques
- Knowledge of HL7, US Healthcare Workflows
- Testing new product features and updates, ensuring product quality standards were met before release.
- Track and manage customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Contribute to improve internal processes and workflows for better efficiency
- Provide feedback to product teams on client needs and pain points.
- US Healthcare experience with Excellent communication skills
Shift Timings: 5:30pm to 2:30am (Pacific Time Zone) - Night Shift
Job Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
Work Mode: In Office
Workdays: 5 Days in a week
