The position of Environmental Health & Safety Admin is responsible for performing the administrative tasks of the EHS department.

Essential Functions:

• Perform data entry
• Organize various files, folders, and other information both physically and electronically
• Schedule meetings and other events
• Communicate various information including announcements and memorandums
• Prepare, send, receive and distribute mail and other parcels
• Answer and direct calls, letters, emails, and other communications

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in similar administrative positions
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Effective communication skills in writing and typing
• Effective organization skills
