We're partnering with a growing Northern California organization seeking a seasoned leader who can champion workplace safety, strengthen security programs, and help create a culture where prevention is always better than reaction.

💰 Salary: $110,000 - $125,000 + excellent benefits

What You'll Be Owning:

✅ Leading safety and security initiatives across multiple locations

✅ Driving OSHA compliance, audits, inspections, and training programs

✅ Conducting incident investigations and implementing corrective actions

✅ Managing emergency preparedness and risk mitigation efforts

✅ Overseeing facility security programs, access control, and workplace security measures

✅ Partnering with operations and leadership teams to build a proactive safety culture

✔ Has experience leading safety, EHS, security, or risk management programs

✔ Knows OSHA regulations inside and out

✔ Is comfortable influencing leaders and driving accountability across teams
