Waste Management

Manage hazardous and non-hazardous waste disposal in strict accordance with environmental norms.

Compliance Audit

Conduct regular internal audits and ensure 100% adherence to environmental laws and ISO 14001 standards.

Technical Reporting

Maintain rigorous data logs on water consumption, discharge quality, and chemical usage for management review.

ESG Reporting

Be the responsible person to collate and report all data needed for ESG reporting.

Candidate Profile

Criteria

Requirement

Technical Expertise

In-depth knowledge of physical, chemical, and biological treatment processes. Hands-on experience with RO, Evaporators, and Filter Presses.

Civil Exposure

Preference for candidates who understand civil drawings and construction related to environmental utility projects.

Regulatory Knowledge

Thorough understanding of Water & Air Acts and Environment Protection Acts.

Industry Background

Mandatory: Experience in Food Processing, Chemicals, or Pharma industries where effluent load is high.

Soft Skills

Strong negotiation skills for government dealings and the ability to train plant staff on environmental safety.
