  • Conducting routine inspections and walking the yard/site to identify safety concerns, verify compliance, and support corrective actions.
  • Monitoring environmental compliance records, including air permits, stormwater, dust control, radiation, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Supporting incident investigations by tracking reports, root cause analyses, corrective actions, and property damage costs.
  • Maintaining ISO, EHS, contractor, vendor, and permit documentation while ensuring records remain current and audit-ready.

To join our team:

  • You have experience in EHS, regulatory compliance, training administration, document control, or a related field.
  • You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • You have experience maintaining records, tracking compliance activities, and following up to ensure timely completion of required documentation.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and electronic recordkeeping systems.
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can work effectively with employees, managers, contractors, and HR.
  • You are comfortable working independently while also collaborating across multiple departments.
  • You are willing and able to regularly walk the yard and facility to conduct inspections, observe operations, and support safety and compliance initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • You have experience with ISO management systems.
  • You have familiarity with environmental compliance, air permits, incident tracking, or industrial safety training programs.
  • You have experience using SharePoint, KPA, Cognito, or similar compliance management systems.
