Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and update EHS drawings using AutoCAD.
Develop site safety layouts, emergency evacuation plans, and safety signage drawings.
Prepare firefighting and emergency response layouts.
Coordinate with EHS, MEP, Civil, and Project teams for drawing updates.
Maintain drawing revisions and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma/ITI/B.E. in Civil, Mechanical, Architecture, or a related field.
5-10 years of drafting experience in construction or residential real estate.
Proficiency in AutoCAD.
Knowledge of EHS, firefighting layouts, and construction drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
