EHS Executive

• Assist the Country EHS Manager in all aspects of implementation and maintenance of the EHS.

• Assist the Country EHS Manager in dealing with local authorities in all matters related to EHS.

• Assist the Country EHS Manager in ensuring compliance to EHS legislations.

• Assist the Country EHS Manager in establish, develop, issue, maintenance, and improvement of all EHS documents including Manuals and procedures.

• Control, manage and improve all related matters pertaining to personal protective equipment and safety equipment.

• Carry out enforcement on EHS matters according to schedule.

• Report, investigate and follow up all accidents and incidents as well as its corrective & preventive actions and maintaining the data.

• Carry out inspections, line talks, training, briefings to employees, visitors, contractors, etc. as necessary.

• Maintain EHS related information board.

• Plan, implement, monitor, and report all relevant EHS improvement programs.

• The EHS Executive is responsible for and has the authority to:

  • Initiate action to ensure compliance with the EHS policy.
  • Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions to problems, corrective/Preventive Actions through designated channels.
  • Verify implementation of such solutions.
  • Control further activities until any EHS deficiency or activities corrected.
  • Implement and record changes in documented procedures resulting from corrective and preventive actions,

• Carry out any additional duties as and when required, which is not specified above.

Requirements:

• Poses at least a bachelor’s degree or professional certificate in Safety.
• Trained on EHS issues such as legal, system and auditing.
• Enthusiasm and independent
• Ability to carry out enforcement and has good communication & interpersonal skills.
