Safety Officer -EHS

Department: EHS

Reporting to: EHS Head

Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory requirements

• Conduct safety inspections and audits

• Monitor PPE compliance and safe work practices

• Conduct toolbox talks and safety training sessions.

• Manage Permit to Work (PTW) activities.

• Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.

• Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification.

• Support emergency response and mock drills.

• Maintain safety records and compliance documentation

  Qualifications

• Diploma or B. Tech in Engineering

• NEBOSH Certification (Mandatory)

• ADIS Certification

  Industry Preferred

• Manufacturing / Metals / Recycling / Chemical Industry

  Additional Skills

• Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and statutory compliance

• Experience in PTW system, risk assessment, and incident investigation

• Good communication and training skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and safety reporting
