EHS Manager

Responsibilities:

Risk management

• Carry out risk assessment and risk control in combination with external requirements and internal actual conditions.

Team building

• Establish professional safety forces in the industry line, train safety supervisors, engineers and safety officers;

Manage part-time fire brigades and arrange annual training;

• Promote the construction of safety leadership in management departments at all levels.

Safety training

• Identify EHS training requirements, formulate annual training plans, organize training and continuously verify the training results.

Safety inspection

• Formulate an annual safety inspection plan, organize implementation and promote rectification to form a closed-loop management.

Emergency management

• Organize the preparation of emergency plans, formulate annual emergency drill plans, evaluate the drill results and continuously improve.

System construction

• Establish and operate a safety production standardization (three-level) management system;
• Promote EHS special management, including fire household registration management, special equipment standard management, hazardous waste standard management, occupational health monitoring, etc.;
• Operate in advance in accordance with the requirements of ISO9001, , ISO14001, ISO45001 to prepare for certification and customer audits

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in environmental protection, chemistry or other related majors, more than 8 years EHS working experience, with Green Book and Mykkp certification.
• Familiar with environmental/safety/fire protection/occupational health laws and regulations, enterprise safety management system, and chemical safety management knowledge
• Familiar with waste water, waste gas, solid waste, hazardous waste and noise control and so on.
• Good relationship with relevant government ministries such as Bomba and Dosh and so on.
• More than 2 years of team management experience
