What they need
Role & responsibilities
Day to day EHS related activity at Plant & Site
Safety Initiatives: - Implementation of safety initiatives like Sr. Management Safety Round, BBS, TBT, Safety Training etc. Record of incident, its investigation and deployment of corrective / preventive actions.
Support to Sites: - Support to site safety supervisor, submission of document to vendor registration, provision of safety document for gate pass.
Statutory Compliance: - Factory Act: - Ensure compliance of Factory act in factory, annual return, liasioning with Factory Inspector, compliance of lifting tools and pressure vessels, renewal of factory license etc.
MPCB Compliance: - Quarterly consent evaluation, renewal of consent, submission of returns Form IV & V, waste disposal and generation of Form 10, environment monitoring etc.
Management System: - Maintaining, monitoring and implementation of QMS, EMS & OH&SMS related to HRM&C and Safety, facing of internal audit.
Sustainability Data: - Coordination and provision of data related to corporate sustainability initiatives, audit preparation and facing audit.
Preferred candidate profile:
Industrial experience with ADIS certification is must.
