  Job Description:

• Implement EHS policies and ensure compliance with Singapore WSH regulations and other applicable legal requirements.

• Liaise with local authorities, including MOM, on EHS compliance matters.

• Conduct risk assessments (RA) and Environmental Aspect and Impact (EAI) assessments for pump overhaul processes.

• Monitor hazardous chemical exposure, environmental risks and waste management, and implement appropriate control measures.

• Conduct shop-floor safety inspections, review contractors’ Permit-to-Work (PTW) forms and follow up on corrective actions.

• Maintain and audit ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems, supporting continual improvement.

• Assist the QEHS Manager and Facility Safety Manager (FSM) in achieving EHS objectives and managing CERT and First Aid members.

• Maintain Emergency Response Plans (ERPs) and conduct safety inductions and EHS awareness training for workshop staff.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on EHS experience in metalworking or precision engineering.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related discipline.
• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM.
• Fire Safety Manager (FSM) certification is preferred.
