  • Participate in contractor safety management activities, including pre-job planning, oversight of high-risk work, and verification of compliance with company requirements
  • Support emergency preparedness and response planning, drills, and readiness activities
  • Track, analyze, and report EHS metrics, trends, and action items to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support management of permits, safe work practices, and operational controls associated with routine and non-routine work activities
  • Build strong relationships across functions to promote accountability, engagement, and a culture of safety and environmental stewardship
  • Travel to support manufacturing facilities, project sites, and field operations as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Engineering, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, or a related technical field
  • 7+ years of EHS experience supporting manufacturing, construction, industrial, field, project, or similar operational environments
  • Strong knowledge of applicable EHS regulations and management practices, including OSHA requirements and industry best practices
  • Experience supporting risk assessments, incident investigations, inspections, corrective actions, and EHS program implementation
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across a variety of teams and operational settings
  • Proven ability to influence safe behaviors and implement practical, business-focused solutions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across concurrent projects and locations
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EHS documentation and reporting systems
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% based on project and business needs
  • Ability to work effectively in both structured and fast-paced operational environments

Preferred Qualifications
