EHS Site Associate (Onsite)

The EHS Associate supports the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of a manufacturing site through hands-on leadership in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs.

Primary responsibilities include

• leading safety inspections, hazard identification, incident investigations, and corrective actions,

ensuring

• adherence to OSHA, EPA, and local regulations,

and maintaining

• compliance documentation and training records.

They collaborate with site teams to reinforce safe work practices, address unsafe conditions, and foster a proactive safety culture.

Additional duties involve supporting

• office, facility, and administrative activities

such as onboarding, vendor coordination, and workplace support to ensure a well-organized environment.

Key skills include

• strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and influencing abilities,

with proficiency in

• EHS practices, regulatory requirements, and Microsoft Office tools.

The role requires a

• bachelor’s degree (preferred) and 3+ years of relevant experience,

with a focus on regulated manufacturing or high-compliance settings.

It is an onsite position based at the Irvine, CA manufacturing facility, involving regular floor presence and occasional off-shift support.
