Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an EHS Specialist($1100, ID 22811):

• Systematically inspect production floors to isolate potential hazards, formulate comprehensive risk assessments, and establish effective control engineering solutions.
• Oversee operational safety standards across factory machinery, heavy equipment, chemical handling, PPE adherence, LOTO protocol enforcement, and hazardous tasks.
• Maintain oversight of fire protection systems (PCCC) and emergency response readiness; facilitate emergency drills and execute routine safety equipment inspections.
• Spearhead root-cause investigations for workplace accidents, equipment incidents, and near-misses while tracking corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to completion.
• Direct chemical safety measures and industrial waste compliance; supervise the continuous operation of domestic wastewater treatment facilities and exhaust abatement units.
• Develop and deliver initial and recurring EHS training modules for facility personnel (occupational hygiene, fire safety, chemical handling, PPE usage, and emergency protocols).
• Partner with Human Resources to uphold SA8000 social accountability guidelines, safeguarding working hour limits, non-discrimination practices, forced/child labor bans, and employee welfare rights.
• Compile technical documentation to sustain ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and SA8000 compliance; lead site preparation and coordination for third-party audits and regulatory inspections.
• Conduct periodic internal EHS audits across departments to elevate the facility’s proactive safety culture.
• Compile, analyze, and present performance metrics against established EHS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to leadership.

Yêu cầu công việc:

• Male / Female, under 40 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Technical Engineering, or equivalent fields.
• 02 to 03 years of solid EHS engineering track record in manufacturing plant environments (Experience in mechanical, heavy machinery, or electronics sectors is highly advantageous).
• Proficient in English (both verbal and written communication) for daily coordination with international clients and regulatory auditors.
• Strong working knowledge of occupational safety laws, fire safety mandates, environmental protection statutes, and SA8000 standard frameworks.
• Professional certifications or practical knowledge in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SA8000, PCCC, or First Aid emergency management are preferred.
• Proven ability in risk analysis, accident investigation, technical training delivery, and handling external regulatory audits.
