EHS Specialist (Rayong)

About the role

EHS Specialist responsible for developing and maintaining Environment, Health, and Safety policies and practices within an industrial valve manufacturing facility in Rayong.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and update EHS policies in compliance with Thai law, BOI requirements, and industrial estate regulations
• Conduct risk analysis (RA), job safety analysis (JSA), and manage hazardous chemical control
• Prepare annual reports including hazardous waste reports and relevant forms
• Coordinate with external agencies such as BOI, DIW, and industrial estates on inspections
• Organize fire drills, safety training, and proper PPE usage training
• Support HR department in employee health checks, accident reporting, and injury documentation
• Serve as EHS liaison with government agencies and industrial estates

About you

• Diploma (ปวส.) or higher in Environment, Safety, or related field
• Minimum 1 year experience in Environment, Health, Safety in manufacturing facilities
• Knowledge of Thai labour law, BOI regulations, and hazardous waste reporting procedures
• Professional safety officer license or completion of relevant training course
• Ability to read Thai and English at basic level and communicate with Chinese and Thai management teams
• Proficient in MS Office (Word/Excel)
