EHS Specialist/Facility Engineer/Facility Technician

Position: EHS Specialist
Job Description:

• To develop plan, implement and maintain the management system for EH&S (Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety) at work such as process, procedures, work instruction, assessment, control, and monitoring program, etc. in compliance with legal requirements, company requirements, and other international standards. To develop programed to ensure the company's compliance with safety related laws and regulations, loss prevention standards & guidelines. To manage and lead the standardization and certification for ISO 14001, ISO45001. To work cross function with all departments such as HR, Engineering, Production, Quality, Facility Management to ensure that EH&S are up to all applicable standards and laws such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and 5S. To develop the procedures, work instructions and training outline and materials and conduct training related to building awareness, compliances and requirements related to EH&S for all employees such as safety awareness, health and hygiene, waste water management, etc.
• To perform risk & impact assessment (e.g., JSA, Hazard Analysis) and all complaints related to EH&S and monitor all actions to resolve the issues up to the applicable standard, laws, and regulations. To develop and produce the EH&S report system for effective planning and monitoring. To provide the EH&S programed relating to improving the quality of working environment and safety. To create and promote the various activities relating to increasing Safety and Environment awareness to organization. To be the in-house trainer for some relevant EH&S programed. To manage, coordinate and execute for the all required audits, inspections, reports, permits, documentation related to legal requirements, government. To carry out with group EH&S function, and cross functional teams for regular meeting or system audits as necessary. Support work assignments from immediate supervisor/manager.
• Creating, enacting, and updating job safety programmers for employees that encompass government health and safety regulations as well as company standards for safety in the workplace. Training employees on the importance of health and safety on the job.

Job Qualification:

• B.Sc. OHS or B. Eng with qualified safety officer Prof. Level by MOL.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Environment, Health and Safety field in Manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge in legal and regulatory requirements applicable to facilities, networks, machines, equipment, and operating procedures.
• Good command in Chinese Skills.
• Good command in English will be plus.

• Familiar with ISO, OSHAS, and internal / external audits.

Position: Facility Engineer
Job Description:

-Support design and install of facility systems composed of HVAC, cleanroom, dry room, wastewater, electrical, fire/life safety, dry and wet process systems and associated equipment.
-Engineer will be subject matter expert for four or more utility systems, focus on dry and wet mechanical and process, as assigned and support respective engineering and design development and approval reviews.
-Lead facilities construction projects as assigned through all project management phases.
-Develop and monitor energy control and conservation systems.
-Support facility design for construction and identify opportunities for operational and energy efficiencies.
-Conduct routine assessments of the facility systems operations.
-Perform tests and rounds with analysis of collected data to assure the proper function of equipment.
-Ensure energy efficient operations of all facility systems.
-Assist with scheduling of preventive maintenance, contracted maintenance, and general maintenance with minimum disruption of building services.
-Ensure compliance with safety procedures and utilization of protective equipment.
-Maintain relationships and ongoing communication with engineering and construction subcontractors and vendors.
-Assist in the update and / or maintenance of as-built drawings.
-Respond quickly to emergency situations (fire, evacuation, equipment failure etc.) including assembly and reporting in response to customer concerns.
-Assist with inventory control programs.
-Ensure compliance with applicable codes, requisitions, and government agencies directives related to facility operations.
-Lead system and process improvements through continuous improvement program.

Job Qualification:
4+ years of hands-on experience in operation/engineering of mission critical facilities and infrastructure (HVAC, cleanroom, dry room, wastewater, electrical, fire/life safety, dry and wet process systems and associated equipment).

1. Must have working-level knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.
2. Problem solving skills and close attention to detail.
3. Manage a large number of projects effectively.
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
5. Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
6. Comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex project documents, including AutoCAD, Visio, and PDF documents.
7. Knowledge of relevant engineering principles and methods of construction.

Position: Facility Technician
Job Description:

1. Support utility systems daily operation (Electrical, Chiller, CDA, HVAC, Cleanroom, RO/DI & Wasted Water, Fire/Life Safety, Lift & Crane, Nitrogen) with control percentage of machine downtime not over target, supply smoothness utilities to production, energy consumption optimization.
2. Provide service & job requested to internal customer with good service mind & safety practice.
3. Assist supervisor & engineer to contact/control supplier & visitor.
4. Utility systems & infrastructure maintenance on schedule and suggestion to update & improvement.
5. Emergency Responsible Team (ERT).
6. Other jobs assigned by supervisor.

Job Qualification:

1. Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical & Air Condition.

5. Experience 2 to 5 years in Factory Utility/Facility Systems operation (Electrical, Chiller, CDA, HVAC, Cleanroom, RO/DI & Wasted Water, Fire/Life Safety, Lift & Crane, Nitrogen).
6. Problem solving skills and close attention to detail with high responsibility.
