What they need
- Melakukan safety inspection, mengidentifikasi unsafe condition/action, serta monitoring dan follow-up temuan sampai CAPA closed.
- Membuat dan melakukan review HIRADC, JSA & Risk Assessment.
- Memastikan penerapan Permit to Work untuk pekerjaan berisiko seperti Hot Work, Confined Space, Electrical Work & LOTO.
- Mendukung emergency response terkait kebakaran, chemical spill, kecelakaan kerja, dan evakuasi.
- Melakukan safety induction, toolbox meeting & safety training.
- Melakukan investigasi kecelakaan/insiden dan menyusun laporan.
- Menyiapkan dokumentasi HSE, checklist, statistik kecelakaan & monitoring KPI.
- Berkoordinasi dengan seluruh departemen dalam implementasi program K3 & lingkungan.
Kualifikasi
- Minimal D3/S1 Teknik Lingkungan, Teknik Industri, Teknik Mesin, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman 1–2 tahun di bidang HSE/K3; pengalaman manufaktur/FMCG menjadi nilai tambah.
- Memahami regulasi K3 & lingkungan yang berlaku di Indonesia.
- Diutamakan memiliki sertifikasi AK3 Umum, Ahli K3 Kebakaran/P3K atau sertifikasi terkait.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office, terutama Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, leadership, disiplin, dan mampu bekerja secara aktif di lapangan.
