EHS Supervisor

About the role

Manage Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) activities within the Data Center in compliance with company policies, Thai laws, and applicable regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise employees, contractors, and external service providers to ensure compliance with safety standards, the Permit-to-Work (PTW) system, and Data Center safety requirements
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses and establish preventive measures for electrical work, working at height, confined-space work, and other high-risk activities
• Develop, maintain, and improve the EHS management system in accordance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
• Support internal and external EHS audits and follow up on corrective actions
• Plan and conduct safety training, emergency response drills, fire-prevention activities, and safety-awareness programs for employees and contractors
• Investigate accidents, incidents, abnormal events, and near misses
• Conduct root-cause analyses and establish corrective and preventive actions
• Monitor EHS performance and prepare reports to support continuous improvement

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field
• A valid Professional Safety Officer Certificate (จป.วิชาชีพ) recognized under Thai law is mandatory
• At least five years of experience in EHS management or a related position
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems
• In-depth understanding of applicable Thai EHS laws, regulations, and standards
• Strong planning, coordination, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities effectively
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work with employees at all levels, contractors, and relevant stakeholders
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Chinese-language proficiency will be considered an advantage
