As part of its ongoing growth, the company is seeking an experienced EHS professional to strengthen its safety culture, environmental compliance, and risk management practices within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Role Overview

We are seeking an EHS Supervisor to oversee workplace safety, environmental compliance, risk management, and EHS management system implementation across manufacturing operations. This role will be responsible for driving safety initiatives, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing environmental programs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with experience in Occupational Safety, Environmental Management, ISO Standards, Risk Assessment, Incident Investigation, Industrial Waste Management, and Regulatory Compliance within a manufacturing environment.

• Lead and manage daily occupational health, safety, and environmental activities across the manufacturing site.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, workplace audits, and hazard identification activities.
• Oversee risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, and safe work practices for high-risk activities.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, EHS procedures, and applicable legal requirements.
• Coordinate safety-related inspections, certifications, permits, and regulatory requirements for equipment and facilities.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programs, safety inductions, and awareness campaigns .
• Support emergency preparedness activities, including fire drills, emergency response planning, and crisis management.
• Manage environmental programs, including industrial waste management, environmental monitoring, and sustainability initiatives .
• Coordinate with government authorities and external agencies regarding EHS inspections, audits, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Safety Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, or related disciplines.
• Experience in EHS, Safety, HSE, SHE, or Environmental Management within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of Thai occupational safety, health, and environmental regulations .
• Hands-on experience with safety inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective action management .
• Experience with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Environmental Management Systems, or related standards is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively engage with production and operations teams.
• Experience in industrial waste management and environmental compliance will be an advantage.
• Chinese language skills would be considered a plus.
