This role is responsible for leading day-to-day environmental, health, and safety initiatives within a food manufacturing facility. The EHS Supervisor will promote a strong safety culture, ensure regulatory compliance, support incident investigations, and drive continuous improvement in workplace safety programs. What You'll Do:

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental, health, and safety regulations and company policies
• Lead incident and accident investigations, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Conduct safety inspections, hazard assessments, and risk evaluations to identify improvement opportunities
• Maintain OSHA and safety compliance records, including injury reports, 300 logs, and related documentation
• Partner with leadership, HR, employees, contractors, and visitors to promote and strengthen the facility's safety culture

What You Need to Bring:

• Technical Safety degree, certification, or related safety education required
• Strong knowledge of occupational health, safety regulations, compliance standards, and best practices
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision #SMNCareers
