• EHS管理体系、法规合规与治理: 建立并维护现场EHS管理框架、法规与许可清单、ISO 14001/45001实践、审核准备、KPI报告及持续合规行动。 EHS Management System, Legal Compliance & Governance: Establish and maintain the site EHS management framework, legal and permit registers, ISO 14001/45001 practices, audit readiness, KPI reporting, and continuous-compliance action. 2. 危险源识别、风险控制与职业健康: 负责危险源识别、风险评估、职业健康及现场安全管理工作，确保各项风险控制措施、法规要求和工业卫生标准得到有效落实，持续降低EHS风险。 Hazard Identification, Risk Control & Occupational Health: Lead hazard identification, risk assessment, occupational health, and workplace safety management programs to ensure effective implementation of risk controls, regulatory compliance, industrial hygiene requirements, and continuous reduction of EHS risks. 3. 安全事件、应急、消防与安保管理: 负责安全事件调查、应急响应、消防安全及安保管理工作，确保事件快速处置、风险有效预防、资产安全、法规合规及工厂稳定运营。 Incident, Emergency, Fire & Security Management: Manage incident investigation, emergency preparedness, fire protection, and site security programs to ensure rapid response, effective prevention, asset protection, regulatory compliance, and safe business operations. 4. 环境保护、化学品、废弃物与可持续发展: 管理废气、废水、噪声、化学品、危险废物、能源、水、资源效率、环境许可及可持续改善项目。 Environmental Protection, Chemicals, Waste & Sustainability: Manage emissions, wastewater, noise, chemicals, hazardous waste, energy, water, resource efficiency, environmental permits, and sustainability improvement initiatives. 5. 厂务、公用工程、承包商与变更管理: 负责厂房设施及公用工程的安全、可靠、合规和经济运行管理，并统筹承包商管理、施工项目、维护保养及厂务相关变更控制，确保生产连续性、运营效率及EHS合规要求得到有效落实。 Facility, Utility, Contractor & Change Management: Manage the safe, reliable, compliant, and cost-effective operation of site facilities and utilities while overseeing contractor management, construction activities, maintenance programs, and facility-related change controls to ensure business continuity, operational efficiency, and EHS compliance. 6. 培训、安全文化与员工参与: 负责EHS培训、能力建设、员工参与及安全文化推广工作，提升员工在安全、健康、环境保护及持续改善方面的意识、责任感、合规性和主动参与度。 Training, Culture & Employee Engagement: Develop and drive EHS training, competency development, employee engagement, and safety culture initiatives to enhance awareness, accountability, compliance, and proactive participation in workplace safety, health, environmental protection, and continuous improvement. 任职资格Job Qualification： 教育背景 Educational Background

大专及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、职业健康、机械、电气、厂务、能源或相关专业； College degree or above in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Occupational Health, Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities, Energy, or related disciplines. 专业技能Technical Skill

• 掌握风险评估、事件调查、作业许可、LOTO、消防、化学品、危险废物、职业健康、承包商安全、公用工程及预防性维护知识； Knowledge of risk assessment, incident investigation, PTW, LOTO, fire safety, chemicals, hazardous waste, occupational health, contractor safety, utilities, and preventive maintenance. 2. 具备相关EHS、消防、电气、特种设备、能源或厂务证书者优先；对依法要求持证的职责，应取得相应资格； Relevant EHS, fire, electrical, special-equipment, energy, or facility certifications are preferred or shall be obtained where legally required for assigned duties. 3. 熟悉ISO 14001及ISO 45001，并具备支持内外部审核及纠正措施关闭的经验。 Working knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, and experience supporting internal/external audits and corrective-action closure. 工作经验Work Experience： 1. 35年以上制造业EHS、厂务、公用工程、维修协调或EHS与厂务综合经验； 35 years of EHS, facility, utilities, maintenance coordination, or integrated EHS/facility experience in manufacturing;
• 具有金属加工、精密零部件、热处理、表面处理、镀层/涂层、工装、机械设备或工业制造经验者优先。 Experience in metal processing, precision components, heat treatment, surface treatment, plating/coating, tooling, machinery, or industrial manufacturing is preferred.
