Job Description Summary Job Description Assist in the back-end analysis, client related and field activities

Major Responsibilities

• Exposure in Real Estate advisory - Research, Feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, highest & best

use reports, Financial Modeling & concepts

• Self-driven individual with execution & client query handling responsibilities. The position will have both

elements: primarily project execution/ delivery along with a support business development

• Execution skills- Report writing – Feasibility report, market research report etc., Market surveys, financial

modeling, making presentations.

• Maintain database of projects, developers, investors etc,
• Site inspections
• Presentation and documentation work

Competencies Required

• Financial Modelling
• Analytical Skills
• Report writing.

Qualification

• Graduation in Commerce, Finance or Statistical Background

Work Experience

• Minimum Experience –0-1 Year

Compensation : Commensurate with market
