EIT - Quality Engineer

Job Summary The EIT - Quality Engineer will support the Quality team in ensuring product and process quality throughout the manufacturing lifecycle. This entry-level role provides an opportunity to develop foundational skills in quality assurance within a dynamic electronics manufacturing environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.
• Participate in the inspection of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Support root cause analysis of quality issues and contribute to corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives.
• Collect and analyze quality data, preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related problems.
• Assist in maintaining quality documentation, including work instructions, control plans, and inspection records.
• Learn and apply various quality tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, SPC, 8D).
• Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing product quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing) or a related technical field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of quality management systems and principles preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop within the quality engineering field.
• Prior internship or project experience in a manufacturing or quality-related setting is a plus.
