Step into a hands-on manufacturing role where precision, teamwork, and safety drive every shift. As an Elastomer Molding Press Operator, you’ll keep our rubber molding equipment running smoothly and turn raw materials into quality parts we’re proud to ship. No prior experience? We’ll train you.

A day in this role

• Start your shift by checking your molding presses, verifying settings, and preparing tooling and materials.
• Run and monitor rubber molding cycles, watch for quality cues, and adjust within guidelines as needed.
• Inspect each part, trim to spec, and maintain consistent quality throughout the run.
• Record production data accurately and flag any equipment or quality concerns to your supervisor.
• Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe workspace while collaborating with your team to hit production targets and deadlines.

What you bring (we’ll teach the rest)

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is a plus.
• Motivation to learn, grow, and take on new challenges.
• Strong attention to detail and a quality-first mindset.
• Clear communication and a team-oriented approach.

Compensation and benefits

• $20/hr to start with potential raises throughout first year, plus year end production bonus
• $2/hr shift premium for 3rd shift and $1/hr shift premium for 2nd shift
• Weekly paychecks and voluntary overtime when you want it
