Key Responsibilities:

• Greet everyone with a smile, making each visitor feel valued and at home.

• Answer phone calls, assist callers, and ensure seamless communication between families and staff.

• Help maintain children’s files and assist with tuition and registration payments.

• Participate in family events and quality improvement projects to enhance our center.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's Degree is preferred.

• A warm, friendly personality with a passion for working with young children and their families.

• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality.

Compensation:

• Part-time position, noon-5pm, starting at $11.50 per hour, with opportunities for growth and development.
