eLearning Module Developer (Learning & Development | LMS)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Learning Technology & eLearning Specialist to support the development, deployment, and administration of digital learning programs across the organization. This role combines instructional technology, eLearning content management, LMS administration, and learner support to ensure a seamless learning experience and strong training compliance.

The ideal candidate has experience creating and maintaining engaging eLearning modules, managing learning platforms, and partnering with stakeholders to deliver impactful digital learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities

eLearning Development & Content Management

• Design, develop, and update engaging eLearning modules and digital learning materials using industry-standard authoring tools.
• Convert instructor-led training content into interactive self-paced learning experiences.
• Build and maintain training curricula, learning paths, and certification programs within the LMS.
• Ensure all digital learning content meets branding, quality, accessibility, and compliance standards.
• Review and update learning materials regularly to maintain relevance and accuracy.

Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

• Administer day-to-day LMS activities, including user management, course assignments, enrollments, and reporting.
• Configure and launch training programs for various learner groups and business functions.
• Monitor training completion rates and support compliance-related learning initiatives.
• Conduct routine audits of courses, learning resources, and training records.
• Generate and distribute learning analytics, completion reports, and compliance dashboards for stakeholders.

Learner Support & Training Operations

• Provide technical support to learners and stakeholders regarding LMS and eLearning-related concerns.
• Troubleshoot issues related to course access, completion records, certifications, and system functionality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely training deployment and learner readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing learning initiatives through digital learning solutions.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Analyze learning data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Recommend enhancements to learning processes, training effectiveness, and learner engagement.
• Contribute to projects that improve digital learning experiences and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in eLearning development, learning operations, training administration, or a related role.
• Experience managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning programs.
• Demonstrated experience developing eLearning courses and interactive training content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Required Technical Skills

• Hands-on experience using eLearning authoring tools such as:

  • Articulate Storyline
  • Articulate Rise
  • Lectora
  • Adobe Captivate (preferred but not required)

• Familiarity with SCORM, xAPI, and online learning standards.

• Experience creating multimedia learning content, assessments, and knowledge checks.

• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
