eLearning Specialist (Part-Time)

The eLearning Specialist is responsible for converting content into engaging eLearning modules, managing Learning Management System (LMS) uploads, and implementing revisions based on structured feedback.

Qualifications:

• Advanced proficiency in Articulate 360, including Rise and Storyline
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Multimedia Arts, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• With experience in LMS platforms such as Canvas, Moodle, or similar systems
• Basic multimedia production and editing skills, including graphics, audio, and video editing.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools for productivity, content development, and workflow support is an advantage.
• High comfort level utilizing NotebookLM for video script and infographic asset generation
• Experienced conducting technical cross-reviews (peer QA) to identify functional bugs and broken triggers

Responsibilities:

• Develop and format eLearning modules using Articulate Rise and basic Storyline
• Convert provided materials (PPTs, documents, scripts) into structured, learner-friendly digital modules
• Apply templates and follow design standards provided by the team

LMS Management and Course Setup:

• Upload and organize courses within the Learning Management System (LMS)
• Assist in setting up:
• Modules and lessons
• Learning activities and assessments
• Course flow and navigation
• Ensure courses are properly arranged and accessible to learners

Quality Assurance and Testing:

• Perform basic QA checks to ensure modules are functional, complete, and error-free
• Test courses within the LMS to check:
• Navigation
• Links and media
• Completion settings

Revisions and Updates:

• Implement content and module revisions based on feedback from the team, SMEs, and reviewers
• Update modules efficiently while maintaining formatting and consistency
• Track and apply feedback accurately across multiple versions

Multimedia and Content Support:

• Create and integrate basic multimedia elements
• Basic video trimming or embedding
• Support minor content structuring, including formatting and organizing information for clarity

Use of Tools and Workflow Support:

• Utilize AI tools to assist with content formatting, drafting or restructuring text and Improving workflow efficiency
• Follow structured templates, checklists, and internal development processes

Contract Details:

Type: Project-Hire (paid on an output basis)

Contract Duration: 6 months, with the possibility of extension based on program requirements and timelines

Work Arrangement: May be required to report on-site as needed

Pay: Php30,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mandaluyong
