Role Description The Electrical Sales Engineer Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for driving sales of electrical materials and solutions to contractors, consultants, project managers, and industrial clients. This position involves identifying and qualifying leads, preparing quotations, and providing technical guidance on product selection across wires, cables, lighting, and electrical accessories. Daily tasks include visiting clients, conducting product presentations, responding to inquiries, negotiating pricing and contracts, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of electrical standards and products, monitoring market trends and competitor activity, and contributing to sales forecasts and business development initiatives. The Electrical Sales Engineer Executive will work closely with management to achieve revenue targets and build long-term customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in electrical engineering principles, including Electricity and Electrical Engineering.
• Applied experience in Electrical Design and Power Distribution for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Knowledge of Power Systems, low-voltage applications, and relevant UAE electrical standards and regulations.
• Proven sales or technical sales experience in electrical materials, equipment, or related industries.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and bills of quantities (BOQs).
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM or sales management tools.
