Now, we're hiring a full-time Electric Project Manager to oversee our field projects and make sure we meet all safety, regulatory, and quality standards. DIVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB

As our Electric Project Manager, you'll oversee field crews and subcontractors in completing high-quality work that meets the customer's expectations while staying on schedule and within budget. You'll need strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as you'll be leading multiple projects from beginning to end. You'll be in charge of maintaining accurate documentation/job records, setting crew schedules, coordinating equipment/materials, and other important responsibilities. This role is also in charge of maintaining consistent communication, and you'll keep clients, crews, and leadership updated on the job's progress. You'll monitor timelines, quickly solve problems that come up, and make adjustments as needed to keep the projects on track.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Ideally, we would prefer that our Electric Project Manager already have some electrical project management experience. What matters most is that you have:

• 2+ years of project management experience, leading multiple simultaneous projects from planning through completion
• Ability to track costs and keep projects on schedule and within budget
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and balance multiple responsibilities while maintaining quality
• Efficient time management skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
