Electrical / ACMV Project Manager

About the role

Lead the Project Team as a Project Manager to monitor and manage the project progression and work within the costing. Review and align Electrical or ACMV design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines. Manage and execute project as per the deadline.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise sub contractors' work progression according to shop drawings, method statements, material and samples
• Liaise and work with relevant authorities, sub-contractors, Consultants or clients on shop drawings, materials and samples
• Review and align Electrical or ACMV design drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines
• Manage and execute project as per the deadline
• Attend meeting with contractors to address issues and update progress
• Study and review drawings, specifications for compliance
• Allocate work to Engineers and Supervisors and ensure jobs are correctly and properly achieved within standards and SOP
• Manage and lead the team for preparation, submission and obtain approval of MOS, RA, SWP, shop drawings, material, equipment, RFA, RFI etc.
• Conduct regular site meetings and attend essential meetings
• Manage, plan, and lead the testing & commissioning of Electrical or ACMV system

About you

• Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with 10 years of relevant experience OR Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with 15 years of relevant experience
• Good working attitude with high level of professionalism and integrity
• Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS office and Microsoft Project
• Capable to lead a team and work under stress
