Help Build Europe’s Hypersonic Capability

We are hiring across our Electrical Assembly, Integration & Test (AIT) team in London and are interested in speaking with candidates ranging from experienced hands-on Electrical Technicians through to Electrical / Avionics AIT Engineers.

You will join a small, highly technical team working on advanced hypersonic vehicles and complex flight hardware.

This is an opportunity to work directly on the build, integration and testing of real systems, with a level of ownership and autonomy that is difficult to find in larger aerospace and defence organisations.

The Role:

Depending on your experience and level, your responsibilities may include:

• Electrical assembly, integration and test activities
• Wiring and harnessing
• Cable assembly, crimping and connector installation
• Avionics and electrical equipment installation
• Reading and working from engineering drawings, wiring diagrams and schematics
• Electrical test and fault finding
• Supporting subsystem and full-vehicle integration
• Developing electrical assembly and integration procedures
• Translating engineering designs into practical build instructions
• Defining electrical integration sequences
• Supporting DAQ, instrumentation and basic test systems
• Producing and maintaining build documentation
• Ensuring traceability and configuration control
• Working closely with Mechanical, Systems and Avionics teams to resolve integration issues

Who We’re Looking For:

We are open to different levels of experience and are particularly interested in candidates from aerospace, defence, space, aviation or other complex hardware environments.

For more technician-focused candidates, we are looking for strong practical experience across wiring, harnessing, electrical assembly, crimping, connectors and reading technical drawings.

For more experienced engineering candidates, we are also looking for the ability to take ownership of build procedures, integration sequences, test setups, documentation and wider vehicle-level integration.
