Profile description:

As part of the expansion of the maintenance department of a leading company in the industrial manufacturing sector , we are looking for an Electrical Maintenance & Automation Technician to support the continuous improvement, reliability and modernization of industrial production lines and equipment.

The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

• Technical or engineering background in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation or a related field ;
• Previous experience in electrical maintenance and industrial automation within an industrial environment;
• Strong knowledge of electrical schematics , including interpretation, troubleshooting and development;
• Experience with PLCs, variable frequency drives, electric motors and industrial control systems ;
• Ability to diagnose electrical faults, work with incomplete technical documentation and implement effective solutions;
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance and continuous improvement processes;
• Strong hands-on approach, autonomy and problem-solving skills.

The main responsibilities are:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and production lines;
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and automation-related faults;
• Interpret, update and develop electrical schematics and technical documentation;
• Identify and implement improvements to production processes, equipment reliability and electrical infrastructures ;
• Contribute to the development and optimization of maintenance plans;
• Work autonomously on technical challenges, collaborating with maintenance and production teams.
