Job Responsibilities:

• To plan, coordinate and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for production machines, electrical and electronic systems, and factory utilities.
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, PLC and automation-related issues to minimize machine downtime.
• To monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to enhance productivity, reliability and efficiency.
• To coordinate machine installation, commissioning, modification and improvement projects.
• To ensure electrical and electronic systems comply with company standards, safety regulations and statutory requirements.
• To prepare maintenance schedules, engineering reports and technical documentation.
• To coordinate with contractors, suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely completion of projects and maintenance activities.
• To monitor spare parts inventory and recommend replenishment when necessary.
• To Support ISO, GMP, HACCP and customer audits.
• To participate in continuous improvement, cost reduction and energy-saving initiatives.
• To perform any other duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment.

• Knowledge of PLC, inverter, motors, sensors and industrial automation.

• Familiar with preventive and corrective maintenance practices.

• Good troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to read and interpret electrical and electronic drawings/schematics.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Possession of a Chargeman Certificate issued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga will be an added advantage.

• Position to be based in Melaka.
