ELECTRICAL & ELECTRONICS ENGINEER

• The E&E Engineer is responslble for ensuring the reliable operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of all electrical and electronic systems in the plant. This includes the troubleshooting, programming, and upgrading of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), automation systems, and instrumentation used in production and utility

equipment.

* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics Engineering

* 2-5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing, utilities, or automation environment.

* Certifications in PLC, automation, or electrical safety (preferred)

1.  PLC & Automation Support

»     Program, modify, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC systems (e.g., Siemens, Schneider, Panasonic).

• Develop and optimize HMI/SCADA interfaces for operators.

• Perform logic testing, fault tracing, and control loop tuning.

2.  Electrical Systems Maintenance

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical distribution systems, motors, VFDs, control panels, and safety systems.

• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards.

3.  Troubleshooting & Problem Solving

• Lead root cause analysis for electrical and automation faults.

• Provide technical support to maintenance technicians and operators during breakdowns.

4.  Project Implementation

• Assist in new machine installations, upgrades, and energy efficiency projects.

• Participate in commissioning and FAT/SAT of new automation equipment.

5.  Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain updated electrical schematics, PLC logic backups, panel layout drawings, and maintenance records.

• Ensure compliance with ISO, DOSH, and internal standards for electrical and control systems.

6.  Training & Support

• Train maintenance staff and operators on automation systems and safety practices.

Provide stand by or on-call support for critical equipment.
