Electrical & Electronics Site Engineer

Position Summary

Joeun Partners International, Inc. is looking for a highly capable Electrical & Electronics Site Engineer (Project-Based) to lead the field execution, quality control, and testing for electrical power, lighting distribution, and Low Voltage / Auxiliary systems for our project in Pasay city. The candidate will ensure full compliance with approved Construction Drawings (CD), Philippine Electrical Code (PEC), and project completion schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Electrical Installation Supervision: Manage site execution of roughing-ins, wire pulling, main distribution panels (MDP), sub-panels, lighting, and power outlets.
2. Auxiliary & LV Systems Oversight: Supervise installation, cabling, termination, and testing for Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS - smoke/heat detectors, pull stations, control panels), CCTV surveillance, Voice & Data structured cabling, and CATV wiring.
3. Temporary Site Power Management: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and safety compliance of temporary power houses, main distribution setups, and construction utility hookups during the steel erection and finishing stages.
4. Technical Coordination: Verify load schedules, single-line diagrams, and circuit layouts; resolve field clashes between electrical conduit runs and Structural members
5. Testing & Inspection Protocol: Lead All Testing.
6. Documentation: Prepare daily/weekly technical site reports, inspection requests (RFI/RFI), and support the turn-over documentation for Occupancy Permit acquisition.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics & Communications Engineering. Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) or Registered ECE preferred.
2. Experience: 4 to 6 years of site experience in commercial high-rise, hotel, or industrial facility electrical and auxiliary Construction.
3. Technical Competencies:

• In-depth knowledge of the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and relevant local utility standards.
• Hands-on experience in FDAS zoning, structured cabling testing, CCTV layout verification, and MDP installation.
• Proficiency in reading electrical single-line diagrams, riser diagrams, and detailed shop drawings.

1. Location Preference: Residing in or near Pasay City, Paranaque City, Manila, or accessible to the Mall of Asia (MOA) Complex area.
