We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Embedded Systems Engineer to join our R&D team, driving technical development, solving complex engineering challenges, and bringing innovative products from concept to production.

What You'll Do

As part of our R&D team, you will take an active role in designing, developing, and delivering innovative electrical and embedded system solutions.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Lead the design, development, prototyping, and testing of electrical and embedded systems for new products.
• Define system architecture, hardware specifications, and technical requirements.
• Develop and review electronic schematics, circuit designs, and PCB layouts.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement solutions to improve product performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Develop and execute product validation, verification, and testing plans.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers on PCB fabrication, component selection, and product prototyping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development from concept to production.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in electrical/electronic hardware design, embedded systems, or product development.
• Proven experience in electrical/electronic hardware design, embedded systems, or product development.
• Proficiency in electronic schematic design, PCB layout, and circuit simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of electronic components, circuit design, and hardware integration.
• Hands-on experience with electronic testing, measurement equipment, debugging, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with embedded programming languages such as C/C++ or Python would be an added advantage.
• Experience in product validation, prototyping, and manufacturing processes would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and make sound technical decisions.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and proactive, with good communication and teamwork skills.
